Pamela Raymond, Owner and C.E.O
Pamela Raymond is the owner of The Raymond Experience, a niche firm specializing in public relations, event management, marketing, brand management concepts and focus group strategies. The Raymond Experience is a division of the parent company, Raymond Creative, LLC.
As the owner of The Raymond Experience, Pamela brings a solid background of business and marketing to the table possessing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) both from Maryville University St. Louis. Her specialty emphasis was in marketing and consumer behavior. The Raymond Experience specializes in brand and marketing strategy with clients in St. Louis and Atlanta, Georgia.
Pamela is a former a brand manager with nine years of experience. She managed software and durable goods, created packaged good concepts and design, developed copy creative, instituted business to business marketing and consumer marketing strategic profiles. She worked with many high profile international distribution channels including Amazon.com, Costco.com, Target and Wal-Mart. She has been a features writer in trade publications within the industry.
She is a published freelance writer with works appearing in Sauce Magazine, Alive Magazine and the St. Louis American. She is the original Bytes columnist for Sauce Magazine and has written articles for Edward Jones, Anheuser Busch Employees’ Credit Union and trade publications in the durable goods industry.
ALIVE Magazine featured Pamela in the July 2007 “Back Story” column, she was a 2006 St. Louis Magazine Top Single and a CORO Women in Leadership graduate, class 37.
Pamela serves as a board member for Caring For Kids, a non-profit organization that meets urgent needs of children and families in the family court system of St. Louis County and formerly served as a board member for Venus Envy, a women’s arts organization. She is a member of the Professional Organization of Women (POW) and served as the 2005 Vice President and previously as the 2004 Communications Chair.
Pamela is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Sarah Clay - Event Management Intern
Sarah is currently a full-time Account Administrator with US Bank. She majored in Public Relations and minored in both Marketing Management and Social Psychology at Southeast Missouri State University where she received her degree in 2004. Upon graduation she worked in several positions gaining a unique variety of experience that she hopes will add a valuable and desirable array of qualifications to her resume to ensure a successful job in her field of choice- Public Relations. “I have always loved the relationship building, the detail, and the outcome of a ‘job well done’ in this field and I cannot wait to get back to it.” In addition to her love for PR, Sarah enjoys working on the publications produced by her church- Grace Bible Church, planning events, spending time with her family, as well as reading and writing.

Sara Gress – Project Management Intern
Sara Gress is currently a junior at Lindenwood University working on her B.A. in Mass Communications and Advertising with an emphasis in Public Relations. She is expected to graduate in May of 2010. Upon graduation she plans to peruse a career in the event management and public relations industry. Other than interning at The Raymond Experience, she is currently working as a Marketing Representative at Eagle Fitness and as an assistant to the Director of Day Admissions at Lindenwood University. “In my spare time I enjoy surrounding myself with my loved ones, whether that be my family or friends.”

Lulu Pinzon – Event Management Intern
Lulu is a senior at Saint Louis University majoring in Communication with Spanish minor. Her major is her passion. Lulu is the president of the Hispanic American Leadership Organization. She was born in San Antonio, Texas; moved to Mexico City, and lived there for 16 years; moved to Overland Park, Kansas and has lived in St. Louis, Missouri for the past 3 years. Lulu is trilingual, speaking Spanish, English and French. “I think that my life experiences have shaped me into the young woman that I am today. I consider myself outgoing and personable. God, my family and my friends are the most important things in my life. I hope to one day have my own Public Relations agency. I would also like to live in Europe for a couple of years.”

Kate Poss – Project Manager
Kate Poss has worked with The Raymond Experience since May, 2007. Kate graduated with a B.A. in Art History, magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University and is a candidate for MFA in Arts Leadership & Management from Webster University. She is currently the marketing & development director for Art Saint Louis, a nonprofit art gallery in downtown St. Louis. Kate worked with the Cultural Festivals organization, producers of the Saint Louis Art Fair and the U.S. Bank Saint Louis Jazz Festival, for over seven years. She held an internship at the National Gallery of Art in 1999. Kate is currently involved with the Downtown St. Louis Merchants Association, Arts Roundtable (of which she is co-chair) and the Mid-Size Arts Cooperative. She is the president of the Board of Directors for Venus Envy and an active volunteer for the Regional Arts Commission’s Arts Commandos, Cinema St. Louis, Laumeier Sculpture Park the Missouri Botanical Garden and a is committee Chair for the Saint Louis Jazz Festival. Kate has juried such shows as Gallery Visio’s Women on the Move exhibit and U-City’s Public Library 2007/2008 exhibition schedule.

Andrea Mulcahy - Event Management Intern
I am currently a senior at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I will be graduating from Mizzou witha Bachelors in Communications, and plan to pursue a career in the event industry. I interned at Logic Systems, a sound and audio company, where I learned about the production side of the business. I also have done promotional work while attend Mizzou with Harpo’s Bar.
